Shipping policy

We typically pack your order the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within that time to let you know your order is on the way!

Shipping takes between 7-10 business days.

West Malaysia: Free shipping for orders above RM150. RM7.50 for orders below.

East Malaysia: Free shipping for orders above RM300. RM20 for orders below.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at anthroco.co@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
